[b]Personality type:[/b] Due to the almost universal discrimination against her kind, Rosalina tends to keep to herself and is quite secretive. However, in the rare case that somebody is willing to accept her she generally bonds with them quickly. This is often a weakness of hers too, being a poor judge of character in some cases. This gives her an inner conflict to be more careful who she accepts into her life, although on the surface she knows to cherishes any respect she gets.

[b]Bio:[/b] Rosalina comes from what is now known as New Vegas. Like most post-war families, her family struggled just to survive and eventually succumbed to the harsh conditions. Being left alone Rosalina had no choice but to take up whatever odd jobs she could in order to get by. One of these jobs involved venturing into a highly radiated zone. Being desperate for food and money she was in no place to contest this. 

After almost a week of being lost in the radiated zone Rosalina began to feel violently ill. At one point she had collapsed and was near death. Hours later she was found by another wanderer and taken to safety where she was nursed back to health. This companionship was short lived, however, as Rosalina's saviour set out in search of supplies and never returned. Assuming her saviour was dead, she began teaching herself necessary skills for survival. Within days, despite believing herself to be cured, the horrifying transformation begun; her skin began decaying. She had become a ghoul from prolonged radiation exposure. 

Due to her new state, Rosalina was cast out and despised in every settlement she tried to enter, forcing her to rely on a life of foraging, hunting, and even thievery in rare cases. This is a life she led for many years until finally arriving in the DC wasteland. It was there she heard of a settlement known as "Underworld" that served as a sort of refuge for her kind. Naturally, she sought the place out. Upon reaching Underworld she immediately found it to her liking and remained there for many years. She even found herself falling in love, although this was a rather short lived endeavour as her partner of interest was later found dead in the wastelands near Underworld, likely as a result of either an attack by mutants or an attack by bigoted humans. Realizing there was little left for her in Underworld and that perhaps it was even dangerous to stick around, Rosalina once again set out on her own. 

Upon entering the wasteland once again Rosalina quickly got reminded of the rough life she left behind, although it was one she came to prefer to the much easier life she had experienced during her stay in Underworld. While still maintaining close relations with them she doesn't officially lives there and instead travels from town to town searching for odd jobs. Naturally, due to this she takes great care to keep her identity hidden in order to avoid discrimination.

[b]Items:[/b] A few stimpacks and other basic first aid equipment, ammo(.308, 10mm, and darts), a few bottles of water and nuka cola, and various scraps of meat from animals she had hunted around the wasteland. 
[b]Accessories:[/b] Just her mask and gloves she regularly wears to cover up her decaying skin in order to hide her identity.
