Character concept is more of a sentence that fully describes your character. I would move the entire paragraph and put it into the Background section. 

Also a little more description on your gift please. And if I may, are you set in stone about fire manipulation? There's already 2 other users who are "fire-based" characters. I'm not sure if that bothers you.
