Tia heard Miles and walked to her office and gave him a minute to pass her and shut the door. [color=39b54a]"Okay what happened? Who was it and how did they get passed that crazy ass security system? Where are Glitch and the Doc? "   [/color]

Tia muted her  com so she could hear the others if they needed her but they couldn't hear her talking to Miles. [color=39b54a]"Oh, and where is your comlink?" [/color]

Miles had so much going through his mind when he followed Tia to her office and walked in, still invisible, when she closed the door. The way she sounded when asking the questions, she seemed to have already been in a bad mood and this made it worse. He stayed invisible and spoke up [color=00aeef]"We was infiltrated by a shapeshifter...and they disabled our security system along with breaking the villains out and from what I saw, they took a few plans and things from the R&D. The Doc....I have no idea where she is but I found Glitch hurt....but he's hidden away, which I don't want to give his location away....at this moment." [/color]

He couldn't trust anyone now but he was going to risk it with Tia since she's the only one he trusted more. He didn't know if the person shifted into Tia but more so, didn't know if the person could copy abilities....but he doubted it. Speaking up again [color=00aeef]"I took off my comlink while I was training and lost it when I was attacked by the second intruder and never got it back. It was stupid on my part but I'll never make that mistake again. The other guy, he uses nuclear touch and blasts...he caused all the damage here."[/color]

[color=39b54a]"Damn it Miles!  I need to see you."[/color] She ran her hands through her hair angrily.  [color=39b54a]"Don't tell me where Glitch is til you are certain but I want to see you. We were set up to get us out of the HQ.  There was more taken than you know."[/color]  Tia said [color=39b54a]"Ask me something that only you and I would know."

Miles didn't want to show himself yet but when she asked him to ask her something that only they would know, Miles asked "[color=00aeef]Last night...how did we meet up and where did we have sex?" [/color]only they would know this and exactly how it happened.

[color=39b54a]"You came looking for me, I invited you into my bathroom and eventually into the claw footed tub with me. We talked for a long tme and then we had sex there first, then in the bedroom. Will you reveal yourself now?"[/color]


Miles averted his eyes while still invisible [color=00aeef]"I didn't know who to trust...I didn't know if you were the new form of the shifter....but...you're not going to like what you're going to see..."[/color] he said as his images was faded from shifting from invisibility to being visible. He was bruised up on the face and body. he had cuts and burns and his torso was a bloodly mess that was loosely wrapped in gauze, in which, Miles favored with his hand still on his abdomen. basically he was fucked up and his clothes were tattered. He couldn't look at Tia since he felt embarrassed about his current condition and his failure.

[color=00aeef]"I want revenge...."[/color] he said pissed off that he was beat in such a way [color=00aeef]"We need to get Glitch healed up first..."[/color] he reminded looking at her [color=00aeef]"He's behind the HQ under the debris..."[/color]

[color=39b54a]"Why are you acting embarrassed? You got hurt fighting the bad guys. There is no shame in that. We'll get Evergreen to fix you up."[/color] 

Tia sat down on the edge of her desk defeated. [color=39b54a]"I won't be the boss here much longer. Not after the Agency finds out what has happened here today. R&D was working on a suit that an ordinary human could use to fly and shoot and it was going to be phenominal. (Basically it was the iron man suit). Now it's gone and all of the metas in the prison are gone too...and I'll lose my position here."[/color]

While her brain was wracking itself with all of the details it put something else together. [color=39b54a]"Have you seen Shiver? She was acting a little oddly earlier....well I guess not really odd for her. I should check on her soon."[/color]

[color=39b54a]"And the worst part is that Wicked will come back here and it's too soon and she shouldn't be put under this kind of stress.....not so soon. She will blow her top!"[/color] Tia looked at him and laid her head on his chest carefully.

Miles finally brought his eyes over to her when she mentioned that she may no longer be his boss along with trying to make him not feel so bad but hearing that she would probably be demoted, it left a bad taste in his mouth even more. but with the other information, his eyes went from pity to anger and then to determination.

[color=00aeef]"Tia....you're not losing your position. Not if I have anything to fucking do with it. I want pay back for what happened and if I got to go back to my roots, so be it. I'm getting our shit back. And I saw her earlier but I was not paying too much attention to her. I was too busy looking for you."[/color] He said.

[color=00aeef]"If you'll allow....once I'm healed, I'm going on a mission to retrieve our things...you know I can infiltrate places...2/3s of my power allows me to be in stealth and gather info but I have someone in mind that I may need to get to help me...."[/color] he said holding on to her.

[color=39b54a]"Who and do I really want to know?"[/color] Tia waved her hand in front of her face. [color=39b54a]"Nevermind If I know beforehand I will probably want to stop you. As your boss don't tell me. As your girlfriend I just want  you to hold me and make this nightmare end."[/color]


[color=00aeef]"Just leave it up to me. I'll make sure that we get our shit back and that you keep your job okay?"[/color] he said holding on but groaned from the pain but he was willing to bare with it while comforting Tia. He then went in for a kiss to her lips.

Tia called over her comlink for Doctor Evergreen and sent the medical staff to check her rooms. Tia figured maybe she wasn't answering her because it was Tia calling. She couldn't really blame her personally but professionally she could. [color=39b54a]"Tell her that Miles is hurt and needs her. I'm sending him over."[/color]
