It's not really in my back, but yea I do X3

I had to get tighter elastics for my braces, teeth are so sore I can't eat anything right now it was like this yesterday too. and it is affecting my neck worse than it had before, making my head feel weird.
And I can't take out the elastics because then my teeth won't be able to adjust.
