Now that she had time to see past the blinding rage, advancing cautiously as she was, Serena paused to consider whether or not the Batarians actually deserved to be set upon by Vellios. The chances of him being killed or injured by these slavers were negligible at best. She had, after all, seen him face far worse and come out on top albeit more worse for wear than when he had started the fight. So she wasn't worried about what they were going to do to him. She was more concerned what he was going to do to them. Just for killing my drone, the fuckers, no. However, given that they are in fact slavers and are scum of the earth, they should be utterly destroyed and sadistically broken. We're running out of time, so I imagine they'll be granted a quick death. Serena thought as she moved forward. Her prediction was proven to be true, as three of the snipers were dispatched in short order, in quick and sometimes rather spectacularly bloody ways. She couldn't suppress a shudder at the sound and sight of the harpoon punching through a Sniper's armor and body. One was left, not daring to expose himself to the enemies, and that made him a rather easy target for the two Dels. Finally dropping down from the ceiling, they wasted no time firing into the back of the Batarian Slaver. His shields dissolved in seconds, and he died right after. "And that, ladies and gentlemen, is why you keep two or three drones armed with very fast firing weapons." She muttered to herself before speaking on their comm system. "Last sniper is dead. Everything should be all clear here. No idea what to do once we go deeper into the shaft. I suspect we'll have a welcoming party there too. Preferably, we'll have less destruction of my drones this time!" She sincerely hoped that no more of Del was destroyed. It was already going to be a pain in the ass to mess with her major project, but rebuilding the shattered remains of Del? That would take time and resources away from Barat. Serena sighed as she glanced back at the ruins of her drone. She would have to get it later. Right now she had a mission that was proving a tad bit more difficult than any of them would have liked. "Lets get on this ship, I said. It'll be no big deal, I said. Easy money, I said. I'm an idiot, stomping through slaver filled caves, just waiting to get shot at."
