That would honestly depend on the responsibilities that'd come with being a co-GM. I can't think of any big reason to say "No" at the top of my head, so I'll say "Yes." I'll need to know via PM a brief list of what you'd like me to do, but otherwise - that sounds fine.

My last exam for this semester ends next week, so I should have the time.
