Name: Lara Fernvale
Race: Human
Appearance: Ghastly white skin, damaged eyes (explained in bio), black hair w/ grey streaks and perculiar cuts in her skin. Very few people have seen her due to her hiding away, and wearing a gas mask. Has a number of iercings, two rings either side of her nose and apiercing in the middle of lower lip. Her ears are full of numerous studs and rings, though there are spots where some have been torn out.

Profession: 'Drug Lord' - Found power by selling and controlling making of a drug she developed herself.

Weapons: Eugene (minigun), assult rifle.
Attire: Merc cruiser outfit , worn with a handmade gas mask. Gloves have had spikes added to them. The outfit is covered in patches of different coloured liquids, and some parts have been burnt through. 
Equipment: Will often only carry her weapons, a radio and some food when she travels. She carries a black bag which holds; 6-10 vials of different coloured powders, a variety of pills plus some food and water. She will alas be wearng her gasmas when outside, though she has a second bulkier one for when she is doing 'business.

Bio
Lara Fernvale, who goes by the name 'Buzzy' in her area, is a self made drug lord. At a young age she was taught medicinal practises, which slowly merged into her experimenting with more dangerous materials. 
She left Rivet City at the age of 17, and set herself up in Vault 11. She cleared out the Vault, and began constructing the perfect lab for her work. Two years on, at the age of 19 and she has her hands in most of the factions. Many chiefs have become addicted and promise large amounts of money, weapons and food in order to fuel their habits.
One Captain, refused to pay back after receiving a large load of 'Buzz-Off' from Lara, and upon returning from his duty on day found his crew dead. Each crew member had a scratchy B carved into their forehead. There was no obvious cause for their deaths. The Captain gathered his supplies and fled his post. Th story of Buzzy's cruelty and no-nonsense approach spread over the wasteland and she is now a well-known supplier, and a feared one. One word from her can cause an entire town to tear itself apart out of fer and desperation for the resident's next fix. 
Lara has deep cuts in her body, spreading over the shoulders and down her ribs. The cuts are carving marks, where she has carved symbols into her skin. Her eyes and skin are damaged from testing of her earlier drugs and have lost their colour. The pupil and iris are both a dark black colour, which appear liquid-like when stared at, and her skin is ghostly pale no matter what sun she gets. Her personality has been severely altered, and she is now cruel, twisted and has a very strange sense of humour. 
Lara plans on broadening her influence and hops to set up new bases soon, and often travels to scout around for new sites.
