I got to look over your character, and it looks to be pretty good! Just so you know, in your "What Age Did You Get Turned", you put 'Bitten at 21, turned a few months later.' .. after being bitten, [sup]in the books[/sup] it doesn't take so long for you to turn, maybe a week, if that? It's like getting a really bad cold.. happens practically overnight and it doesn't let up for a week. Your character could be a special case, though?

Like the girl Grace [sup](the main character in the series)[/sup] gets bitten at the age of 12 and doesn't turn till many years later. And to cure the change, they get injected by meningitis. :P
