Only just saw this now: as I'm not a GM, I can't really dictate to you what should be changed, but hopefully we can come to an agreement.
I love the character, but yes, I do think she is far too similar to Nightingale. Both in terms of skills and powers. Again, I can't force you to change her things, but perhaps a bit of tweaking may be necrssary to find more significant differences beteren the two.
Also - these are just a few discrepancies I picked up on while reading - you've stated at one point that her mother was Russian, and at another that she was English. I'm also confused as to how she's picked up that many languages so fluently - not just because of her age, but the fact she's been in a mental hospital for so long. Crazy houses don't give language lessons, from what I know.
