I like the sheet so far, though your "population and demographics" section should also list the number of people living in your Federation.

I said before that a military can only be 7% of your total population.

Your army is 1.2 billion. Your navy is 2.3 billion. Your system defense forces are 800 million. Your marines are 500 million. Your special forces are 1 million.

All together, that adds up to be (I think) 4.801 billion, or four-billion and eight-hundred-and-one million.

Assuming that is 7% of your population, that means your total population is 68.58 billion.
