Elena was sitting in the lounge by the time the announcement over the intercom came through. "Perfect timing.." She quietly uttered to herself as she stared at the half depleted cigarette in her hand. She twirled it around her fingers, letting the butt of the cigarette slide in between her fingers as she made sure the lit part was kept away from her flesh. "... I was done with you anyway." She had been wanting to quit cigarettes for some time now but she just couldn't break the addiction. Maybe this half used cigarette was a sign of change. Elena certainly hoped so. Without another word, Elena pinched the cigarette and rubbed it into the filled ashtray and then got up and left the lounge. She made her way through the sterile corridors of the FEA building and after a bit of wandering she finally arrived at the briefing room, right behind that Austrian fellow, Long-Shot, A rather obvious name for his profession but Elena really didn't care. In fact, that's probably how she could sum up most of her assignments for the FEA so far. Hopefully today would be better. Elena entered the briefing room and saw that she was one of the first ones. She quickly took one of the chairs as far away as she could get from the others, giving each of them a quick nod as she passed them.
