[@Lunar] I think I'll throw in my own personal thoughts now too, I mean I really don't have the authority to declare anything but I just want to say something at this point. So yeah I agree with Eklipse, you either need to stick with her martial techniques or her racial advantages, just you probably shouldn't have both. Personally I would consider those racial benefits to be more like a gift and should be listed as such. Also I know Scarifar has already said that the way you have the bio, or lack of, is fine just it does make it hard to decide if she's actually balanced. From what I understand she does know how to fight, which in of itself is perfectly okay, but since we don't have a bio those skills of hers are honestly hard to judge. You have to remember that most characters used to be normal humans before they died, and typically everyday folk don't know swordsmanship or martial arts, these are things that have to be specifically trained for in today's modern world. For example my character is ideally one day going to be a skilled and badass warrior, just right now she barely even knows how to swing a sword and definitely lacks the confidence or knowledge to just throw herself into combat. She basically has to grow into the role and that's just going to take character development. So maybe try applying this philosophy to your own character? Think about how she can simply grow into what you want rather than trying to start the RP as such.
