[@Naril] While I'm a bit hesitant to accept [i]another[/i] RAVEN/DOVE, I'll at least judge your character. Okay, my first issue is with the backstory. It doesn't really tell much about her actual backstory... it's just a scene describing how she was recruited into DOVE. 

I kinda feel like her power could be explained a little better. Because I'm having a hard time trying to figure out what it does. Is it basically electromagetism, or something like that? I don't really get it. lol

The other thing is that her weaknesses... don't really feel like weaknesses. The first thing is something that [i]all[/i] Metahumans go through, and the other weaknesses are pretty... obvious. Like really no-shit matters.
