He keeps his hair in a mass of thin dreadlocks that extends down to his mid-back but are tied back into a kind of ponytail when he’s exercising or wrestling. He keeps most of his dreadlocks their natural color but dyes selective ones yellow for visual flair.

He’s a giant man who stands a head over the majority of the population who can look intimidating to others. His neutral expression has that Ice Cube quality to it; however, in reality Maurice is a rather laid back, oftentimes goofy guy. Also he’s a total dweeb that loves anime and is not ashamed about how uncool he is even though he’s a professional wrestler by trade. He even goes so far as to try to insert as many anime references as possible into his moveset.

If there is one topic that he is incredibly passionate about that can arouse his anger, it’s arguments about fictional anime girls on the internet. Long feuds have occurred in the past on Twitter due to errant opinions being aired about such a topic. Maurice has taken out a week from his busy schedule touring in hopes of maybe finally finding someone so he’ll stop getting pestered at Thanksgiving and also as a vacation from the stressful job of training. The fact that he’ll be able to cheat on his diet for a week is just gravy.

[b][color=FF0000]History:[/color][/b] This section is total bullshit. When I was a baby I was a terrible mess. Drool would dribble everywhere, my mama swore I was the baddest dribbler in the whole world. I kept dribbling even by the time I was 4 years old. 

Then one day, my mama bought me a basketball, and I loved that basketball. That basketball went everywhere I went. I would take showers with my basketball. I would even keep that basketball under my pillow at night. That basketball was like a basketball to me.

Unfortunately, I was never any good at playin’ basketball, no matter how many afternoons I spent out on the court, tryin’ to get the basketball through the hoop. I was shorter than the other kids so when they’d try to get around my blocks they’d just pass the ball right over my head.

That all changed when I hit puberty. Suddenly I was taller than almost everyone else in my class, but that didn’t help my basketball skills. I wasn’t used to my new height so I was uncoordinated. I remember the coach saying that I was too big to be a truly skilled basketball player. It was crushing, I couldn’t even look my basketball in the eyes for a week after such embarrassment.

In high school I put myself through an intense training regiment and managed to get into the highschool Varsity team as the Center. Our team had been on a losing streak for over 6 years, but my team managed to pull ahead and win the regional tournament.

In her wardrobe, Mauriah utilizes a lot of contrasting color schemes and visual textures that make everything “pop.” 

One thing she avoids is showing off a lot of skin, or much skin at all. Whenever possible she has on long sleeves and pants that may or may not be a bit too big on her and obscures her body shape. This isn’t for any particularly moral, political or religious reason. She just likes bigger things and doesn’t think overly revealing clothing looks good on her.

She would stick to her interests/studies/work and avoid getting too close to people for fear of getting hurt. But as she’s grown older, and after the divorce she’s opened up at least superficially to more people around her. However, she’s a lot more brash and hurtful to those around her, even if unintentionally.

She acts like things said to her don’t affect her, but she usually ends up overthinking even throw-away lines long after the utterer of the words have forgotten that they said something in the first place. She knows this is a problem, but despite this, she can’t stop herself from using these things to self-criticize. For Mauriah, this trip is more than just a chance to maybe find a serious relationship for the first time in years, but a way to potentially escape her issues and the drama of the outside world for once.

[b][color=d60f74]History:[/color][/b] Mauriah is actually Maurice’s sister, his twin sister in fact. They lived together with their single mother Deja in Hamilton Park, a lower class suburban neighborhood in Dallas right next to the Texas Instruments (well known for their high quality graphing calculators used in many schools public and private around Texas) campus. 

In school, Mauriah and Maurice were able to more or less completely disassociate from one another despite being the same age. They didn’t look identical so their status as twins was not much of an issue, they hung out in different social groups, Maurice was athletic, Mauriah was able to take Advanced classes, everything kind of evened out.

After graduation, Mauriah went on to marry her highschool sweetheart Darnell Norris, a decision that would result in two tumultuous years of fights and destruction that would end in a messy divorce and moving out of state. Now single for the first time in 5 years and free to do as she pleased, Mauriah decided it was time to take up some higher education. Attending University of Virginia, Mauriah graduated in the class of 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.

Since then, Mauriah’s gone on to work on a lot of urban and suburban development in Virginia while keeping up with the family back in Texas through social media. Since her divorce, Mauriah hasn’t been in a single relationship that’s exceeded a maximum length of 4 months. In a couple years she’s going to hit the big Three-O and it’s about time she finally got over Darnell. She’s between projects, why not spoil herself and go on a vacation?
