Samuel Foster isn't one to poke into other people's businesses frequently, but when he does, he approaches them with both caution and curiosity in most cases. Although he is not sensitive about his less-than-average height and the lightness of his body, he takes some pride in putting effort into exercises that help him maintain a moderately healthy form. He has the tendency to puff one of his cheeks grumpily when people refer to him as a child. He is lighthearted by nature and can easily laugh at both jokes and things he simply finds to be amusing. Samuel likes his family a lot, considering his older sister and parents to be both his best friends and mentors. He never mentions much about himself and focuses on people around him usually as a result of his willingness to stay out of "spotlights."

Samuel lived the average life of... an unfortunately oblivious family. When his father got ripped off big time from a large aerospace engineering project, Samuel found himself working his own fair share of labor, taking on a variety of part-time jobs simultaneously to gather money to attend college, thus developing a good work ethic in him. Though the family is very steadily paying off some debts, Samuel continues to try out different jobs in the university such as journalism and photography, considering them to be both his hobbies and talents. A certain scientific experiement drew him in when he heard of a good sum of money being offered in exchange for participating in it.
