Up to you. Obviously, if you go with a Robin that's not directly tied to the Bat-family, you have to then deal with their acceptance or denial, and of course, you'd have to deal with Bruce if he ever shows up in the game. (Which I'm, honestly, 50/50 split on at this point.) I would think that kinda drama would be fun writing, but that's me. ^_^
