[b]Desert[/b]


After Korra stuffed her face with the different types of food, she began to talk with Anshi. "So you guys don't know of the avatar?" She queried. Anshi shook her head no, "I'm sorry, I have never heard of you...are you a very important person where you're from?" she returned. Korra put her hand on her chin to think, "well, sorta, but not just me...the avatar cycle has been around since forever, I could understand if you didn't know I was the avatar but not knowing about the avatar cycle is kinda weird." Korra said out thinking out loud more then talking to Anshi. "Well you have earth benders here, right?" is asked inquisitively. Anshi looked at her with a confused expression, "No, I have never heard of one of these earth benders, however, I'm starting to think you are from another world, Avatar Korra." the Woman said with a new excitement in her eyes, "So what is an earth bender?" 

Korra took a moment to process this new information but snapped out of her stupor when Anshi placed her hand on korra's, "Oh...I'll show you." She said getting to her feet. She stretched her back out then with a quick motion with her hand sand from outside the tent began to pick up and circle around her hand. Anshi looked widely but stayed quiet and watched, even her guard took a second blink before going back to her normal stern expression. "Earth benders are able to control, well earth and sand and even metal sometimes...actually my friend is able to create lava outta earth too...but not only earth benders," she said with a smile than motion to the goblet she was drinking from with a twist of her body the water came streaming out and began spinning around her hand with the sand. "And air," she added. Korra twisted her free hand and a guest of wind picked up within the tent, she took a deep breath and exhaled a stream of fire, Korra made sure not to set something or someone on fire. It was a bit of a test to control the four elements at once while not in the avatar state, however, using them in such a small scale was manageable. 

The Avatar stopped the flame coming from her mouth and took another breath but this time exhaled slowly, the gust of wind died down, the sand sailed back out of the tent and the water streamed back into the cup. "Where I'm from, some people are born with the ability to bend one of the four elements but since I'm the avatar, I'm able to bend all four..." Korra said taking her seat again. Anshi took a moment to speak again. "Are you sure you're not a sorceress?" she asked bewildered. "Whats that...?" Korra replied. Anshi answered quickly, "nothing...forget it." Korra lifted her brow at Anshi and replied, "okay..." 

The two sit quietly for a moment but then Korra speaks first, " Now that I had a moment to think about it I think you were on to something, I think this is completely different world from mine...it feels different somehow..." Korra puts a hand on her forehead and groans, how do I always find my way into these situations..." Anshi smiled again, "you were born with a great destiny, it only seems fitting for someone such as yourself. Korra gave a laugh and the two woman continued to talk.
