Hehe, well, regarding the NCR. He used to be one, but "something" (dum dum duuuu ^^) happend, and he left the NCR for good.. [@Kurai Assassin] would be likely to have heard of him, as he was the leader of a team that were sent on a suicide mission. Problem was, no one told him or his team that this was a mission they were never supposed to return from (I will explain on request the reason why his his commanders wanted to get rid of him). He was the only survivor of his team, and now that the rest of the NCR thought he was dead, he saw a chance to start a new life. But because of his past, he have a hard time trusting others, SPECIALLY NCR people. Ofcause, this will not be a problem during the RP hehe ;).. But like I mentioned, [@Kurai Assassin] might have heard of him, simply because the words were spread fast about what happend to him and his team..
