...Does it look okay? Anyone is welcome to take a stab and creating something better, I will not be insulted in the least. I'm lazy and have never lived in an apartment. 

Also be mindful that though it is labeled an apartment, it's still owned by the college, so an RA will also be living there. Which... I need to make a CS for... Lel.
