[@6slyboy6][@Sep] Also possible that your guy caught wind of a possible super in Lorne HQ. Lorne is an Enson competitor so Tobias would probably keep an ear to the ground on stuff they are doing. Especially if it concerns people with special abilities. 

The other two options are more likely for him to hear about but maybe less accessible with the storm moving in.
