That's not the problem. Originally, she could already lift full grown men with ease using telekinesis. I've taken her down to an apple and nerfed her telepathy as well. Just out of curiosity, what exactly does 'limited' telepathy cover? You already mentioned she can telekinetically lift objects and can sense the presence of people around. Can she also use her telekinesis to 'mind punch' someone? can she also identify the person/creature she 'senses'? Can she read minds? 

I assume she would eventually reach X-Men Jean levels of Psionics, what I'm asking is what can she do at level one?
