APPEARANCE: Velius is normally seen with jet black -fluffy- hair that appears neither unkempt nor neat, The type of hair which causes one to develop an urge of habitually giving it a tousle of some sort. His skin is slightly tanned and his eyes are his most notable features due to it's coloration of being a light brownish-reddish color. A signature trait of his however, is how his facial features are quite expressive, especially his lips which apparently curve into a cheshire-like grin of mischief and barely a smirk which radiates kindness.

'Street-wise' or in 'civilian clothing', Velius appears to dress a bit like a rebel one can say. Well to put it simply, he has no particular style and tends to wear whatever is comfortable. Sweats, an ugly flannel, etc; Velius keeps it simple and doesn't feel the need to 'dress to impress' and could care less what anyone says about how he dresses. However as 'Red X', Velius dons a black suit apparently marked with a red X across his chest on the left side. His mask resembles a skull which is also marked with that signature 'X', and he wears a belt and specially made gloves. From a glance, it is quite simple in structure, lightly armored rather than being heavy and he depends on timing and speed as well as stealth more than anything else.
