Roman stood on top of the roof of the parking garage. He looked down at the meta-humans that were standing outside, after watching the carnage unfold. He looked at them with a scowl in his brow. What had he signed up for? These so-called "heroes" were killing each other. 

[color=ec008c]"Why didn't you do anything?"[/color] A young voice behind him said. He looked to his side as a short teenager came beside him. She was pale and had ginger hair and green eyes that looked literally [i]up[/i] at him. Roman stood at about six-foot-five, so the gap between them was very noticeable.

[color=0076a3]"Why would I?"[/color] He asked, meeting her gaze. 

[color=ec008c]"You're the fastest person alive, right?"[/color] She asked.

[color=0076a3]"One of them."[/color] He admitted. He drew in a deep sigh before continuing. [color=0076a3]"I did not intervene because it was not my battle. Sometimes the best way to help someone is the let them do it themselves." [/color]He looked back down at Tia, who was still laying on the ground. 

[color=ec008c]"I'm Erin, 'Pixie' if you'd prefer call signs."[/color] She said, smiling at him and extending a small hand.

"A pleasure, Erin." [/color]Roman answered. [color=0076a3]"Why do they call you Pixie?"

To that question, the girl gave a shrug.[color=ec008c] "I dunno, I think cause I'm kind of small and adorable." [/color]Roman breathed a laugh a cracked a slight smile. 

The man reached down and shook her hand. [color=0076a3]"Roman Jaeger. Velocity." [/color]He stated. 

[color=DeepPink]"Your name and call sign are super dope, dude."[/color] She remarked, prompting another smile from the man. 

[color=0076a3]"It was a pleasure meeting you, Erin."[/color] He said, turning to walk away. 

[color=ec008c]"Wait!"[/color] She called after him. He turned and looked at her, arching and eyebrow. [color=ec008c]"You think you could give me a ride to my room? It's kinda far and my legs are little and it would take ages."[/color] She explained. He gave a third smile, then nodded. Without a word, he broke into his speed, the world around him going still. Roman ran to Erin, throwing her over his shoulder and sprinting vertically down the wall of the garage. It took him a whole 2 seconds in real-time to get to her room. He skidded to a halt, setting her down and sprinting away, leaving her in her Suite. 

[color=ec008c]"Wow..." [/color]She muttered. [color=ec008c]"That was electrifying."[/color] She said with a stupid grin on her face. She threw on workout clothes and walked down the hall towards the training floor, but first stopping by Glitch's lab. She knocked, looking past Jesse to Glitch. [color=ec008c]"Knock." [/color]She said. [color=ec008c]"Anything new in the techie world?"[/color] She walked over and hopped onto the table where he was examining her staff.
