before i post a cs or anything I shall ask my slew of questions because i find doing so gets all my curiosities dealt with (its like little gremlin monsters that occupy my mind and throw things around until i deal with them)

Hybrids-werewolf/vampire...are they allowed? what would be their restrictions if any?
