My head snapped up instantly at the sound of his harsh voice, his comment instantly breaking me out of my dreamy state. I placed the hat back on my head, my cheeks flushing pink in annoyance. "You, kill me? Ha, sure." I spoke confidently as I tried to recover from my embarrassing moment. "How'll you kill me anyway? You don't have any weapons." I added on, glancing back at the knife sitting on the ground behind me from when I'd pulled it out from my hat.
