1) This RP doesn't need powers.

2) I'm interested in following a Bombers Vs Razors storyline, however, it'd probably payout better if they were indirect about it. i.e. The Razors dealing with other, smaller gangs in order to gain advantages over the Bombers and staging crimes to frame them & vice versa. It would also be cool to see the gangs react against a reinforced Police presence, maybe some particular Police DCI or an FBI/DEA team. Something that's gonna push the pace of what the gangs have already been doing and getting away with.

3) I think playing as either of the two main gangs would be cool, with maybe a few smaller gangs to play as. I don't think [i]every[/i] player should be a leader, otherwise that would be slightly ridiculous. As for police officers, that could tie-in well with the increased Police presence or a specially brought in team that I mentioned above.
