You're doing it again. You're just automatically assuming that he's some supersoldier god when I just got done explaining how and why that isn't the case. You keep using the words "power set" as if him having above average strength and toughness (coming more from his job and background than his species) means he's the Hulk when I've said multiple times that that's [i]not[/i] the case. At all. Okay, you know want to know what this character is? Like, an actual honest-to-god-perfect example of what this character is? Well, he's this guy:

You know, that reptilian bounty hunter that was in like half a scene in Empire Strikes Back? A character who does [i]not[/i] have any super strength, super durability, and literally just flies around the galaxy in a ship, his main weapons of choices being various types of blaster guns. That's what Zandar was supposed to be. Nothing more. I don't know why you're continuously assuming that he's more than that, but it's becoming very tiresome hearing the same crap over and over again. Like I said, I'm not going to bother continuing with this because it's long since passed the point of being worth the energy and effort to do so.
