Those are fine as long as it's not anything fatal. I feel like fun things often only happen when we're allowed to do minor forced interactions like that. For instance in real life, you get hit, you get hit. Grabbed, tackled, eat something bad, there's no "chance to stop it" or "chance to stop getting sick", it happened. I think things like this are fine outside of combat where every move matters. It can make for interesting dynamics and sometimes surface reasons for our characters to think or act in certain ways towards others.
