Well, most of them are passive "qualities" her transformed form acquires, but not all; and they all are tied to the Noble Arm activation, so they are there when she calls upon Magnanimous Unbound Sun and not there when she is not doing that(apart from the lingering effects of them on her body or mind - if her immune system acquires antibodies against particular toxin, those aren't going to suddenly vanish with the regeneration - they are completely normal part of her body, as is more dense bones and skin or golden eyes and hair).
