Basically a woman bound to some form of otherworld of darkness. Like cursed to be forever imprisoned there. All that cloth and chains that are wrapped around her are her bounds that try to constantly pull her back into the darkness behind her which is kind of a portal through which she appears.

 Like when she appeares crachs appear in the air and a black void opens from which she pulls out. And when she finishes her job or is too tired to resist she gets pulled back in.
