It was an error on my part to have it come during the story when I specifically announced that he made the big changes [i]as he was inducted as Director.[/i] i.e., before the terms started.

Anyway, I've got no [i]immediate[/i] problem with your characters Noble Arm, but it's going to have to be monitored. His ability is very subjective after all, as things like feelings are often unreliable, given how they tend to flip-flop with the situation.
