[@Animus] As they died and things reverted to the previous state of diplomacy and war came again I'd say we're gonna focus on the 'old' technology level. It seems unlikely that such (relatively) massive breakthroughs were made in a state of wariness, and also, it is just the best imo because we've had high-tech levels before (or semi high-tech) and it kinda ruins the feel of shinobi when you can have a metal bracelet that shoots out a chakra shield somehow. 

+ most hightech things already have a replacement in the Narutoworld. 

There were headsets in the universe etc. So if there's a specific item a character needs it can be talked about.
