I'm sorry you feel that way. I wanted to make a unique mermaid rp. They start off at war, but hopefully some will realize they are stronger together and the war will end. That is why I made each side have strengths that the other doesn't have and also weaknesses that the other doesn't have. But if they are at war and have been separated for thousands of years, that lef the dilemma of how they reproduce as a species. Hence the 'turning' of humans, which only rarely happens since merpeople live a really long time.
