If you're more of a personal, one-on-one approach sort of person, then you can put up an "advertisement" in [u][b]1x1 Search[/b][/u].

There are also boards that specifically ask for carefree, sufficient, prolific English usage respectively in [i]Free[/i], [i]Casual[/i], [i]Advanced[/i] boards. They're group boards, but you'll see these terms in 1x1 searches too.
