A couple of things I think would make this better...

First of all, you should make it so that there are multiple locations like this with the story only taking place here. This would give your world a bit more depth and realism. 

Also, CS guides (Age ranges and stuff like that) and power restrictions (unless you want a bunch of Magical Lyrical Nanohas running around) would be nice in my opinion.
