Honestly, the problem with saying there are similar places throughout the world is...there aren't. Of course, being a tokusatsu/magical girl-inspired setting, there [i]are[/i] other places dealing with villains of their own. And those places have heroes of their own. However, as the "single worst location" remark suggested, Asagata has pretty much lucked out in that regard. Maybe being pretty much on top of a portal to Hell has something to do with that.

And as far as the character sheet stuff goes, it's a high school, so ages would be around 15-18 and...I prefer to judge characters' power when I see the sheet. In part because I want to trust people to not go overboard (especially since these characters are mostly going to be new to their powers/gear) and in part because I've had headaches with people trying to use technicalities to get overpowered characters into RPs because I didn't specifically mention those abilities when saying what would be considered overpowered.
