The clicks of the guns seemed to have a profound effect on Cody. He spun back around to the door, and light flashed in the room where the clicks had come from, blinding any who were there and giving Cody time to burn through the hinges. His door fell toward with a loud thump, and then he was moving fast. In that moment it was like he could see as he turned to first one motivator and then the Next, light lashin out like a whip at each gun. It was almost like the light was providing him the senses he lacked, and his hearing enabled him to know exactly where some one was.
