I'll be writing the wave of Talons for that scene. I think Jinny and I agreed there were anywhere from 40 to 50 of the League at Nykawa; I know Bruce could sneak in and get to Talia. I'm fairly certain Dick could sneak in, could he get to Talia totally undetected? I'm a little torn on that, but lean towards he could. 

At least the first time. 

And to the issue of Talia's location, Alfred's no doubt already put that bit of intel into the system.
