Gavin waited for what to him seemed forever.  He stuffed the manila envelope into one of his bags, picked them both up and went down the stairs.  Looking around, he started walking around the outside of the building, stopping every little bit to examine and touch all the flowers and bushes planted along the building, eventually making his way to the back.
