I'd assume most military characters would have some sort of augmentations. This is the future after all. Just be tasteful. If you wander into OP territory (E.G. you can get your arm chopped off and regrow it in second... or just regrow it period) then I'd probably reject said character.

The general story line is that our little group is trying to hunt down a mass murderer in a giant space tin can and not die in the process.  There's not much else I can say in that department without giving things away. 

As for applying, just follow the guidelines. As it stands (I've said it before but it bears repeating) I'm neither accepting nor denying characters before the OOC goes up. (Tomorrow. I wasn't as productive today. My chores took me twice as long because I'm still not 100%.) But if you follow the guidelines you'll be on the same playing field as everyone else. Which it appears you did. So yeah. +1
