[HIDER=JINX'S TALE]Jinx wandered through Bayside Mall window shopping when in the reflection of a store window she see's her Mother looking out at her. Stopping Jinx smiles as she says [B]"Hello Mother I hope all is well on the mount."[/B]

Her mother dressed in a sweeping gown looks out of the window her eyes glowing slightly as she says [B]"Of course it is Daughter I was merely taking this chance to see that you were faring well after loosing your friend, too bad she couldn't remain with you"[/B]

[B]"She had to leave me mother because like us she was bound by laws to do so"[/B] she says with a giggle as she see's that people around her are wondering who she's talking to.

[B]"Well gotta go mom before they call the men in the clean white coats"[/B] with that said Jinx heads out of the mall thinking that now is the perfect time to leave before any authority types begin to arrive. 
"It has been lonely" she thinks as she climbs into her hot pink 1963 300SL which she won when she was forced into a poker contest. Several Japanese Yakuza who wanted to test her legendary luck. Of course they'd been interested in forcing her into their gang by means of a crooked deck; too bad they didn't do their homework.
Of course when she'd won she had to fight them an wreck their beautiful home by causing a landslide but due to her current misunderstanding with law enforcement wasn't inclined to turn them in.
She giggles as she passes about 7 police cars headed into the mall obviously responding to reports of her presence.
Since the big battle Jinx had lost touch with the other Titans on purpose so that her misfortune effect wouldn't harm their recovery.
She knew that her effect on Probability would bring them all back together but until then she'd be alone.
She blamed her curse for all that had befallen the Titans if not in whole then at least in part. She'd so hoped that she could have found Aphrodite's gift before now but it proved as elusive as the songs an poetry claimed. Until she found that gift which could renew Hope within her heart she was doomed to be friendless an alone.
Shaking off such thoughts she headed out to the beaches to enjoy the sunlight and the sound of the waves.[/HIDER]
