Sam is the embodiment of harmony and thus is her true power, light, dark, and nature all housed in one body. Her weakness is her humanity, by slipping too far into darkness she lost her powers of light, however, if the opposite happens she would be locked out of darkness, which mostly never happen cause she's imperfect. So in closing, her weakness does not lay with her powers but with herself... :p
