Oner watched as the two of them rebuked his words, Oner simply giving a small sigh and shaking his head. "I wasn't talking down to them nor did I have the intention to, but if that is how they saw it then I will not stop them from seeing it in that manner because how they interpreted my words is part of how they see things in their own way. Every person is different after all, and thus they all have their different way of seeing things. With those two I feel as if this is one of those instances where we shall never see eye to eye. With both sides not being completely in the wrong, or having entirely 'screwed up' as Rika put it, will make further discussions impossible". 

He turned to look at Ascot. "Its best if we left those two be for now, Ascot. We cannot force people to see differently so easily and doing so, whether with swords or words, will only accomplish nothing except the bringing about of more unneeded conflict. Besides, we have our own goals to focus upon, and fighting unnecessary battles, whether in or out of combat, with those who are not our enemies will only bring more pain to both sides". Oner then looked at Amelia, who was covering her ears, as he removed a candy bar from his inventory, looking to Ascot as he did so since he began to speak again. 

"And about me not being human. While we are not heartless like we were when we were born, they are correct about me being non-human. But that is because Reno and I are a being that hails from another realm, the Mirror Realm... which is a story for another time". 

Oner walked over to Amelia, giving a small, calm smile as he offered the candy bar to her. "Do not worry Amelia. There will be no more shouting in this room, so you can uncover your ears".
