Selena started to move forward, keeping a firm grip on Fabine the whole way. She glanced at Sacha and gave her a reassuring nod.
"Just start walking towards me," She said loudly, before dropping to a whisper, "Don't even think about trying anything. It would make me far too happy to kill you."
She stopped about 10 metres away from Jayden and Sacha, waiting for her leader to walk closer.
"If you ever threaten her again, I'll kill you in your sleep," She said icily to the Brom, the cold touch of the blade backing up the promise.
