[b]Shizuku has always been one to tower over the rest of the ladies, standing at an impressive 5'8, a trait inherited from her giant of a mother. Coupled with her taller-than-average stature, her limbs are also long and slender. She may look like barely anything in that long black trench coat of hers - in fact, she has been lightly teased for not having as much of a body as some other girls her age - but underneath it is a lithe and toned figure, similar to that of a well trained dancer. Heck, she could probably be mistaken for a guy if she'd cut her hair short enough, albeit a rather feminine looking one.

Her most striking feature happens to be her eyes. Electric blue in colour, her sharp eyes are kind of captivating, in a weird way. Other than that, there isn't much else to Shizuku. Her jet black hair falls to the middle of her back, and her light skinned face is quite long and oval shaped. The girl's choice of attire isn't anything noteworthy either, with the exception of her coat that covers pretty much everything. [/b][/center]

[i]Clever sarcasm and witty comebacks accompanied with a devilish smile are what Shizuku is mostly known for. Her carefree actions and confidence will not be shaken by such dull insults, nor will her slightly cheeky behaviour and teasing tendencies be shut down because someone refuses to listen. But, despite her mischievous actions, Shizuku seems to have this mysterious feeling clinging to her wherever she goes and whoever she meets. It may take a while to notice, but… it's definitely there. She actually talks quite a lot, so, er… be prepared to be irritated the fuck out of, I guess.

What comes as a surprise to others is just how damn observant and freakishly perceptive Shizuku is. A few good looks is all it takes for her to assume, or even determine what a person is like, and with this she uses it to her advantage. Manipulating her opponents has always been a thing of hers, and she does it well. A change in voice and a certain stare is all it takes for her to change the atmosphere from lighthearted to almost terrifyingly tense; she really knows how to give a good scare. 

In sad reality, this girl isn't all what she seems. With a mindset that makes the Land of Iron's climate seem warm, Shizuku is cold, manipulative, and does whatever she can to draw out what she wants from her opponents. Her acting skills can be incredibly convincing, always putting up a cheeky teen facade, but when it comes to provoking the shit out of someone, Shizuku does it without breaking a sweat. Her seemingly callous behaviour is best left hidden, though.

But maybe she isn't all that bad. Maybe she's actually a nice person at heart. Maybe she's a completely different person in her own privacy.

Or maybe that's all just a lie.[/i]

【[U][color=Aqua]History[/color][/U]】
[i]Shizuku was the first born child to Akio and Haruka Kurokawa, two respected Jonin from Kumogakure. It would be difficult for the two to balance out missions and looking after little Shizuku, but the couple had managed for the next two years. Unfortunately, after two years had passed, her Shizuku's father met a terrible fate whilst on an A-rank mission. So, for the many years to come, Haruka would raise her daughter all by herself.

Of course, being a Jonin herself, Haruka decided it would be suitable to pass down her own knowledge which would aid her daughter in the future:  cunning tactics, manipulative ways, the lot. She believed this was one of the best ways to succeed in battle, so passing down her experiences and information to young Shizuku would eventually lead her into becoming a successful Jonin herself. By the time she entered the academy, Haruka would begin to teach her daughter how to become the cunning, manipulative smart ass she is today.

A few years after she had graduated from the academy, Shizuku entered herself into the Chūnin Exams. With a few lucky moments and her brutal words, the girl had managed to pass and achieve the rank she had sought. Now, she currently awaits her first mission as a real Chūnin.[/i]

[i]Even after her father had died at a young age, and with the exception of being taught by her mother, the rest of Shizuku's family life wasn't anything notable. She's actually very close with her mother, the two sharing a bond that no one would ever expect from a girl like Shizuku. The two try to spend as much time with one another as they can, especially with Haruka being a Jonin and Shizuku recently promoted to Chūnin.[/i]

[i]Being one of the not too durable ninja out there, Shizuku uses her accurate chakra control and naturally quick feet to her advantage; by mixing these two together she is able to enhance her speed to a point where it's quite difficult to pinpoint her, allowing Shizuku to take down opponents quickly but effectively. However, although her speed can become quite remarkable, her chakra pool - which really isn’t all that big (but by no means small) - limits her from darting around for long periods of time. Along with being fast and agile, as well being rather flexible, her reflexes aren't to be taken lightly. Definitely not.

Her manipulative ways and creative thinking seem to give her the upper hand in some situations, too. When it comes to fighting, there are no rules; dirty tactics are right up Shizuku's alley. Provoking opponents to act in a fit of rage, concealing her own strength to lower the enemy's guard, anything that will ensure her victory.[/i]

[i]A technique derived from the Water Prison Jutsu; Shizuku stands on a large body of water, and, after forming specific hand signs, she plunges her hands into the water. The water then turns black in colour, and from it emerge water-formed koi fish. These fish - with their mouths open - can leap out from the water and trap opponents, bringing them down into the deep depths of the lake/pond/[s]puddle[/s]. Unless the enemy is able to break free from the koi cage, then they will eventually drown.

The biggest weakness to this technique is that Shizuku must remain in one spot at all times with both hands in the water. This makes her vulnerable to many quick attackers. Also, it is compulsory that she stands on a large body of water, e.g a deep lake or river, otherwise she is unable to perform this jutsu without a sufficient amount of water. She is also only able to create eight koi fish at a time. As well as being her strongest technique, it is also the most chakra taxing. Thus, Shizuku only uses this as a last resort, or as a way to end a fight quickly.[/i]
