Hiya,

Knowledge would just be general knowledge, yes. I will add diplomatic to the skills list.

And yes, you would RP IC in the location that your character is currently in. I'm going to make sub-boards such as 'the park', 'shopping center', 'hospital' etc. You can move between the boards but it must be realistic (i.e if you are moving from the south coast to the north you would need a vehicle of some sorts.
