[b]Appearance:[/b] Jason is a young man, still in the prime years of his early twenties Relatively tall and lean, standing at 6'1", Jason is a healthy, chocolate-shade of brown, with naturally sharp eyebrows, hazel eyes, and an angular, rugged jawline. His hair is generally cut and tapered close to his head, Jason not being a fan of dreadlocks or long hair in general. His physique is pretty normal for a college student who dabbles in sports - lean and athletic, with well-developed arms, legs, and torso. He doesn't powerlift or run dozens of miles a day, but he is an active guy, and exercises whenever he's not busy with some other activity. He dresses very casually, putting on whatever seems a good idea for the day and weather. He's not a fashionista by any means, but he's not color-deaf, either. Usually simple t-shirts, jeans, and sneakers, sometimes jackets and hoodies. It all depends. He usually keeps a pair of earphones on him, however. Toning out the world with music is a good way to relieve stress.
[b]Personality:[/b] Jay...he's a good guy, moral-wise. He grew up with a mother that hammered into him a very stout sense of common sense, even though that sense may sometimes leave him, like most human beings. He isn't infallible. However, you can count on him to be loyal - to a fault. He is an ambitious guy, which is part of the reason that he went to college in the first place. Determined and cool, Jay isn't necessarily the life of the party, but he isn't the pooper, either. He's, to put it more simply, usually the cool-headed guy that doesn't really drink or do drugs, but no one really messes with him because they know that he's confident and self-assured enough to instantly fight back. Jay gives respect where respect is do, but he can butt heads with people who attempt to control his life, which is part of the reason why he never went the military route, despite people telling him that he'd do good in it. Very much a leader, he's just a responsible guy, even though he has his lapses in maturity like everyone else. Quick-thinking, focused, and with a sharp, somewhat sarcastic sense of humor. He's fairly intelligent, maintaining a 3.8 GPA despite the various hard classes he's been taking.
