[/quote] Not really. Eyra was very thorough in wiping out holdouts of the other Children. Even if there was another island, it'd have been conquered a century ago. And even if it wasn't, the culture would have morphed into something unrecognizable after all that time. None of the original tribes are still around; many of their traditions continue on, but generally in a warped fashion, or in secret. A thousand years is a long time after all. In this case, I'd say that it's fine if the other people don't mind.
