Just to add to that, supernatural creatures would exist about as often as they can be assumed to exist in the real world: just enough "witnesses" to make a few people believe they're real and with no real evidence. 

Also my character is up at last. Let me know if you have any comments and if you want me to elaborate on the abilities.
