I thought at first that Peach's castle was too far away to hear her scream, but apparently it isn't. But I figure the other characters will handle the Robot Masters, while Mario goes to see what's up? He doesn't have any fancy transportation to really make it to the castle in time. I wouldn't be surprised if the situation was already over by the time he got there since it took a vehicle for Bowser to travel there. The only way I could think Mario would make it on time is if he had "the feather."

So if that's not possible, then I would rather not acknowledge that he heard Peach scream due to the distance anomaly.[@Jensoman][@Kafka Komedy][@tex][@Lmpkio]
